Return Policy


All TrakMaps maps can be returned for store credit of the same value within 30 days of sale, subject to the conditions below:


Maps for GPS

Packaging must be sealed.

Damaged maps for GPS or maps for GPS whose data has been altered may be replaced at our discretion and are subject to a reprogramming and/or shipping fees.

A downloadable map cannot be transferred to or activated for another GPS unit


Printed Maps & Charts

Printed maps are printed on demand for each order and cannot be exchanged or returned for this reason.


Mobile Maps

Mobile maps are generated on demand for each order and cannot be exchanged or returned for this reason.


All Maps & Charts

Lost or stolen maps cannot be replaced by TrakMaps.

All shipping fees are to be assumed by the client unless otherwise indicated.

TrakMaps does not refund returned maps nor return postage costs.

Returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of the shipping paid on the original order or $13, whichever is greater.

Boxing Day and Black Friday prices cannot be matched.

All merchandise exchanges must be approved by a TrakMaps representative with a TrakMaps return number starting with 'R'.
